(please read all of them before deciding to buy my commission)

PAYING

• To prevent scam, commission will not be started until all of the payment is received within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hrs, the commission will be considered cancelled.
+ You can pay 50% upfront before the sketch and the remaining 50% upon completion.• Payment accepted only through invoicing and should be in USD, please convert before sending (Paypal and Ko-fi only).• I do not accept gift in game as payment.

REFUND

• NO refunds for "unjustified" reasons (suddenly don’t like it anymore, just broke up, suddenly ran out of money,…).• Refunds all amount will only be given in case:
- I have not begun your commission, 3 months or more have passed since you have already paid for your commission.
- Cancel commission during the sketch progress.• If you want to cancel while in "line-art progress / almost complete" with "justified" reasons, I will accept and refund 30% of the amount.

DEADLINE

• Work completion requires at least 1-3 weeks and may take up to 3 months since the sketch is sent.• I will update the progress regularly, so you can follow the commission more easily (you can feel free to ask for the progress).• Each drawing step will confirm feedback from you to continue. If after 2 days I do not receive any feedback from you then I will continue to progress until completed.• If you want to delay the deadline, tell me in advance as soon as possible or if I want to delay I can tell you earlier.

CHANGING DETAIL

• During the sketch/line-art, you can freely ask for changes before moving on to color (in color/rendering progress won't change detail, if you keep asking for changes during this progress I will charge extra (2$/each change)).• I recommend you draw directly on the sketch if possible or list all the references in advance, I do not work well with worded descriptions. :’(

PRIVACY & COPYRIGHT

• Artwork you commission from me is only for personal purposes (profile pictures, gift for someone, print for yourself, etc…) and you can not claim that you are the one who made it.• I may use artwork that you commissioned me to post on my social media or use as sample.• I also accept private commission, I won't post it on social media.• You can post the commission onto your social media, but you must credit me.• Finished artwork will be send in email.

• My artwork can not be used for NFTs or other crypto-based platforms.❗❗
• I do not accept my artworks being feed to AI for any purpose.❗❗❗❗
